The key to unlocking rapid iteration and high throughput testing is tight integration between the product, the test equipment, and the test process. This is a challenge for complex products such as integrated motor drives, as a tight integration is not possible with off-the-shelf test equipment. This is due to the complexity of the product firmware, fluid test requirements, and rapidly changing product variants.

At H3X, we design and build our own manufacturing test equipment from the ground up to achieve perfect integration between product design, manufacturing, firmware, and validation. Our state-of-the-art test stands allow for both fully-automated production testing and complete granular control for manual R&D testing, while providing best-in-class machine safety, reliability, and repeatability, all in a ultra-compact footprint.

However, rapid test data generation is only as good as accessibility of the data to the teams that need it. This is why we created our own real-time, cloud-based data ingestion and observability platform that allows our teams to view and analyze all generated test data (both live and historical) in full resolution via a seamless web interface. This means all timeseries data, calculated test metrics, event logs, and historical metadata are just a click away in the browser.

During the past year, we made significant investment in establishing our manufacturing automation infrastructure by building our state-of-the-art KW class test stands and bespoke software platforms. Looking out to 2026, we're excited to bring our MW class test stands online and expanding our manufacturing automation technologies even more!
